Dr. Thomas Ben de Miranda is a double board-certified physician in Pain Management and Family Medicine with over 15 years of experience helping patients manage and overcome chronic pain. He takes a personalized, comprehensive approach to care, combining advanced interventional procedures with a deep understanding of each patient’s unique needs and goals.

Kristy Dean, APRN
Kristy Dean, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined our practice in early 2022. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent many years as a registered nurse specializing in cardiology, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and chronic disease management.
Kristy brings a compassionate, patient-focused approach to pain management and is dedicated to helping individuals take an active role in their treatment. Known for her warm and approachable demeanor, she takes time to educate, listen, and collaborate with each patient to develop personalized care plans that promote long-term wellness.
